Experience everything this unique landscape has to offer in a mindful, supported and adventurous way, starting with one of our luxury European vehicles picking you up from your accommodation.  From there, set off on your journey up to Ben Lomond Station and the rugged mountainous landscape synonymous with the region.

Your vehicle will take you to Moonlight Lodge through a mountain pass overlooking the rugged land sculpted by a rich history of gold mining and sheep farming. Above the treeline panoramic views open up in alpine style. Once at Moonlight Lodge, your Wellness experience begins.

Enjoy a movement session to get your blood flowing and muscles warm, followed by a relaxing guided meditation to calm the nervous system. Explore pristine backcountry on a mindful hike that will allow you to connect more deeply to nature and yourself. Full day immersions include a stretch and unwind session, afternoon guided meditation, lunch and refreshments. You are returned to your accommodation relaxed, refreshed, inspired and calm.

Adam

Adam has a heart for people, nature, adventure and fun. It is his greatest passion to be present for all that life has to offer and he loves facilitating experiences that connect others to themselves, each other and the environment.

He has spent the last decade in many spheres of the wellness world: From personal training to coaching, leading high end immersive retreats to consulting and adventure guiding, Adam relishes in the best of wellness lifestyle.

He lives near Wanaka on a communal rural property with his wife and two daughters. His daily practices include movement and mediation, growing and preparing fresh healthy food, spending time in nature and mindfulness.

Anna

Dwelling amongst the ethereal Southern Alps of New Zealand with a Labrador, husband and 6 chickens, Anna Chaparro is a Yoga & meditation teacher driven by a love of natural living, embodied physical movement and awakening practice.

She is known for her soulful yet playful teaching that effortlessly blends modern postural science with mindful movement and universally applicable philosophy. Her classes are accessible and modified to the experience, desires and ability of each practitioner.

Students leave her classes with full hearts, stretched and strengthened bodies, clearer minds & a smile radiating from the inside out.

Ayumi

Having spent her life dedicated to adventure, discovery and growth, Ayumi has taught in the mountains of the Himalayas to the Zen Temples of Kyoto.

As founder of Sherwood Yoga & Wellbeing Ayumi has spent the last 4yrs of her life managing the studio and travelling the world running classes, retreats, bespoke wellbeing workshops, teaching on yachts and everything in between.

Lit up by the art of alignment, philosophy of yoga & healing touch of massage Ayumi thrives on creating all level holistic experience.
